There are some files that cannot be installed via these manager, such as ENB lighting setups or various plugins for New Vegas, but so long as you follow all the installation instructions to the letter you shouldn't have any problems.

You just go to the nexus and download the mod clicking the green button, then install the mod directly from the manager. The Nexus Mod Manager is the easiet way to mod your game.
